The first time I was under great pressure as I was getting married in 3 months and needed to sell my condo fast. Lindsay is a true professional. The first listing presentation with her was extremely informative and the analysis she put through made me confident that she was working hard to get me my money’s worth. The suggestions she made and the extra care she took when showing the condo really spoke volumes to make my simple condo look amazing-I almost wanted to buy it all over again! I sold it quickly because of her and was able to move on to another important step in my life: getting married!

Later on when my husband and I were ready to purchase a house we excitedly called on Lindsay again. Even though Lindsay specializes in Oakville, she was more than up for the challenge in helping us find a place in Bloor-West village. She worked really hard at researching the areas we were interested in and gave us so much useful information to base our decision on. She was amazing at picking houses that we would be interested in and really helped us make the decision with confidence. Even after the house was purchased she followed up with yet more research to show we made the right decision with the price we paid for our house.

My family and I were moving back to the area after spending two great years in Virginia Beach. I'm an agent's worst

nightmare...a renter! OK, maybe not nightmare, but not the best ROI.

In the past, as home buyer and seller, I grew to really dislike real estate agents. They worked very hard to get me signed up, but afterward the enthusiasm was gone.

Now as a potential renter, I found that half of the listing agents wouldn't even call me back.

Lindsay's web site came up in a Google add in my gmail. On the web page she indicated that if you fill in your requirements, she will help you find your ideal house. Months had gone by and I was getting frustrated, so decide to fill out the form. We had specific requirements for house size, rental cost and the school district was very important. Since I checked the "rent" box, I wasn't expecting a call back. She got back to me the same day, and we set up a call the following day.

She spent over 30 minutes with me giving background information on neighborhoods and schools. I was really surprised how much effort she was putting in and I hadn't even signed with her yet. Her sister is a teacher in Oakville, so she was able to give me first had information on schools. This was very important to me and my wife. We set a date to meet and discuss working together. She came to the meeting so well prepared. She came with printouts of various houses that were listed and all the background on the school in each neighborhood.

She got to work right away setting up visits, driving all over Oakville, Burlington, Milton, and Mississauga. I really couldn't believe how hard she was working for me.

Anyway, within a few short weeks we found the house we wanted. She navigated me through all the paperwork, and made the process as easy as possible.

Working with Lindsay was a fantastic experience, she renewed my faith in real estate agents.

We came across Lindsay's business organically. I mean that she wasn't referred to us by a friend and we didn't hear about her business via the grape vine. We live up north and upon planning our move to Oakville, our first step was to go online and find a realtor. When we came across Lindsay's site, we were blown away at how much information she displays as well as the calibre of her knowledge (very well thought out). So, we contacted her with a few questions... Her response was immediate and amazingly thorough.
